•	Single Supplements at RM75.00 per person per night for Deluxe Room category.
•	Snorkeling equipment rental.
•	Snorkeling mask set rental at RM15.00 each for a duration of stay of not more than 3 days.
•	Snorkeling mask set with power rental at RM30.00 each for duration of stay of not more than 3 days.
•	Life jacket rental for non-organized water/boating activities at RM10.00 each for not more than 3 days.
•	Conversation Fund to marine park at RM5.00 per adult/RM2.00 per child.

Terms & Conditions :


•	Single Supplement i.e. if booking made by one person staying in a room a surcharge of RM 75.00 per person per night for Deluxe Room and RM40.00 per person per night for Standard Room is applicable during the entire stay.
•	All meals are served in Sang Suria Restaurant.
•	Surcharge shall also be applicable during Weekends, Public Holidays and School Holidays as shown below.
•	Rates for Package are quoted not inclusive of the Marine Park Conservation Fees of RM 5.00 for adult and RM2.00 for children.
•	Child 3 years old and below sharing room with parent is Free of Charge.
•	Rates are not inclusive of Snorkeling equipments.
•	Check Out Time : 1100 hrs
•	Check In Time : 1400 hrs
•	Land transfers are available and we are able to arranged for the said transfers with ample prior notice and is chargeable accordingly (individually or group).
•	Rates for Land Transfers are as shown below.
•	Rates are applicable to local & overseas market alike.
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
•	Payment shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit.
•	Extended check-out during Peak Period: - Up to 6pm – 50% of published rates imposed. - After 6pm – one day’s rate imposed.


•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with either Visa or Mastercards as we do not accept any other card or if you do not have a credit card, you may guarantee your booking by crediting into the Resort bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
•	For those guaranteeing their booking using Visa or Mastercard, 50% of the total cost of your stay will be deducted from your credit card during confirmation and the full amount shall be debited from your credit card 30 days before the check in date.
•	For those guaranteeing their booking by cash payment by making payment into the Resort's Bank Account shall make deposit equivalent to 50% of the total cost of your stay immediately after confirmation and the full amount shall be deposited 30 days before the check in date. We shall advise the details of the Resorts Bank account during the confirmation stages.
•	No refund shall be made in part or in total towards any cancellation after money have been paid to the Resort.
•	Baby Cot – Free Of Charge.
•	All guest taking part in any activities organized by the Resort shall do so at their own risk. The Resort shall not be responsible for any losses or injury sustained by anyone. All guest are advised to insure themselves against injuries and loss of personal belongings.
•	The Resort reserves the right to remove any guests whose conduct / behavior is detrimental to the Resort or to the Resort’s other guests.
•	Resort is not responsible for any difficulties which might arise should guest is caught for any action against Government rules and laws.
•	No outside food & beverage is allowed.
•	Any late special request for the land & Boat Transfer other than the schedule stated above shall be subjected to additional charge. The resort reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the boat departure due to see and weather condition.
•	Resort is closed from 1st November till Middle February yearly due to Monsoon and maintenance works.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

No refund shall be made in part or in total towards any cancellation after money have been paid to the Resort. Or in the event of NO SHOW.

NOTE

Conservation Levy :

As required by Marine Park Department of Malaysia, it is now a requirement that all visitors to Redang Island are required to pay a Conservation Levy of RM5.00 per adult and RM2.00 per child per entrance, which is valid for 3 days. If you are staying for more than 3 days please inform the Marine Department Officer to obtain the appropriate number of passes.

The Levy shall be collected by the Marine Department Officer at the Tourist Terminal Jetty at Merang prior to boarding the boat to Redang Island.
